Steamed Fish

Add oil to the pot and heat it up
5.
Put the cooked fish pieces in the pan and fry
6.
After frying until browned, turn it over with chopsticks and continue frying
7.
Put the fried fish pieces on the plate
8.
Sprinkle dried red pepper segments, ginger slices, tempeh sauce on top of the fish cubes
9.
Then put it in the steamer and steam it for 10 minutes.
Tips:
The fried preserved fish can be eaten directly, but it will be softer after steaming, and not too hard!
