Steamed Fish
1.
All ingredients
2.
Clean the fresh sea bass after slaughter. Cut the body of the sea bass with an oblique knife for 3-4 cuts
3.
Place the green onion on the plate, put the fish on top, stuff the green onion and ginger into the belly of the fish, and sprinkle the remaining green onion and ginger on the fish
4.
Boil water in the steamer, put the steamed fish plate in the steamer, steam for 7 minutes on high heat, remove the fish and pour out the juice
5.
Take an empty pot, put oil in the pot and heat until 70% hot, put the peppercorns into the fry to get the fragrance and take out
6.
First, evenly pour a little steamed fish soy sauce on the surface of the steamed sea bass. The soy sauce penetrates into the fish to make the fish mellow and delicious and attractive in color. Then pour the hot oil on the fish.
Tips:
1. Although the entrails of sea bass are easy to remove, you can also ask the merchant to do it for you. Sea bass pays attention to freshness and tenderness, so you must choose fresh ones; note that the time for steaming fish for 7 minutes is still relatively strict. If it takes longer, the fish will get old.
2. After the fish is out of the pot, add Knorr Steamed Fish Soy Sauce to make the fish taste juicy and more delicious. It only needs to be added before it is out of the pot, and does not need to be added during the steaming process.
