Steamed Fish Fillet with Tempeh

Prepare the raw materials.

Add the right amount of salt, cooking wine and ginger to the fish fillet.

Add another half of the egg white, mix well and marinate for five minutes.
4.
Arrange the marinated fish fillets neatly on the plate.
5.
Spread tempeh sauce on top.
6.
Boil boiling water, put the fish fillets on top and steam for five minutes.
7.
Pour the steamed fish soy sauce while it's hot.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
9.
Serve it.
Tips:
1. Cut the fish diagonally into slices and then add salt, cooking wine and egg white to marinate.
2. When steaming fish, boil the water before putting it on. Since the fish fillets are relatively thin, it only needs to be steamed for five minutes.
3. Pour the steamed fish soy sauce while it is hot after it is out of the pot to make it easier to taste; because there is a lot of oil in the tempeh sauce, there is no need to pour hot oil for health.
