Steamed Fish Head Tofu with Golden Chopped Pepper

Wash the head of the fish and cut a few knives on the fish, then add an appropriate amount of salt to marinate it.

Put tofu on the bottom of the fish plate.

Put the fish head on the tofu, add cooking wine, ginger and spring onions, and some olive oil.

Put an appropriate amount of golden chopped pepper on the surface.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.

Steam until the fish eyes are whitish and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
