Steamed Garlic Back Vermicelli Shrimp
1.
I’m a bit lazy. The hair of the shrimp hasn’t been reduced. I cleaned it and removed the head of the shrimp. I also kept the part of the head here. Add ginger and stir-fry in hot oil. Use a spatula to squeeze out the head of the shrimp. Then heat water and simmer, and a pot of delicious shrimp head soup will be simmered. When cooking noodles and cooking, you can use it freely. I add shrimp head soup to this dish to enhance the flavor!

This is the first time I opened my back shrimp, haha. I'm not used to it. By the way, the shrimp thread is picked at this time. Can you teach me some tips on how to pick the shrimp thread? Always break it, add cooking wine, add salt, and let it sit for about 30 minutes.

When marinating shrimp, you can save time and deal with auxiliary materials, such as cutting green onion, peeling garlic, and cutting garlic. I don’t have enough garlic today, only 5 cloves. If there are some, I suggest you put more, it can be more fragrant. Having said that, the fans can also be soaked, soak them softly. The fans I used this time felt too easy to absorb water. Do you have any good brands that you can recommend to me.

When sauteing the garlic, it is recommended to put more oil and stir fry, because the vermicelli and shrimp are steamed, it will be less delicious if there is no oil, and the heat can be turned off when it is slightly yellow.

The latter is relatively simple. First, spread a layer of soaked fans. The prawns are sized on the top. I actually put them neatly. I don’t know why they are let go after steaming... Then remember to face up with the open back and scoop it with a small spoon. Put the garlic oil sauce into each shrimp back, remember each one, and then scoop the same steamed fish soy sauce on each back. If the taste is not enough, you can pour a little steamed fish soy sauce on the vermicelli. I also pour it. Serve the shrimp head soup made by myself to enhance the flavor. Finally, sprinkle the chopped green onion and put it in the steamer. I used it for 10 minutes, and I think it can be cooked in 7 minutes.
Tips:
I actually like my own idea. Although there are no shrimp heads in the steamed dishes, children are not good at eating dishes with bones. It's better to just go to the soup and make fresh.
