Steamed Garlic Enoki Mushroom

Rinse the enoki mushrooms with clean water several times, because we just steam them directly and don’t blanch them anymore, so wash them well and wash them several times.

Put the enoki mushrooms on the plate, find a deep plate, not too shallow, lest the soup overflows later

Use all the garlic, chop the garlic, don’t chop too much, it’s better to have a little bit

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant, then add 2 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, add half a bowl of water to boil

Pour the fried minced garlic onto the enoki mushrooms

Put the vegetables in the steamer, I steamed another dish at the same time, please ignore it, choose to steam at 100 degrees for 5 minutes, and steam for about 5 minutes after the temperature rises to 100 degrees.

Take out the enoki mushrooms. The soup is almost full. If you like to pick up the juice, just eat it. If you like thicker, you can pour the soup to thicken and then top it.
Tips:
We will not blanch the enoki mushrooms, so we need to wash them carefully several times.
Finally, it is steamed, you can eat it directly with the juice; you can pour the soup back into the wok, thicken the water with starch and pour it on the plate, it is delicious, it depends on personal preference!
