Steamed Golden Needle Vermicelli

Peel the loofah, wash and cut into thick slices.

The cut loofah yards are placed around the plate.

Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash and warm it with boiling water.

Enoki mushrooms are placed on the loofah.

Wash the vermicelli, soak the hair, cut it, and place it on the enoki mushroom.

Cut the sausage into diagonal slices and place them on the vermicelli.

Sprinkle with chopped ginger and garlic.

Sprinkle with homemade chopped peppers.

Put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes.

Add light soy sauce and sesame oil to the steamed vermicelli, and mix well when eating.
