Steamed Golden Plaice

Ingredients: Alaskan golden plaice
Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, green onion ginger, light soy sauce, rock sugar, red pepper, sesame oil, Guangdong rice wine, white pepper, steamed fish soy sauce

Wash the onion, ginger, and red pepper, cut into sections and shred

Tips:
1. Pickled golden flounder should not be marinated for too long, preferably fresh live tilapia
2. You can also use fish sauce instead of steamed fish soy sauce
