Steamed Golden Pomfret

The golden pomfret is reserved.

Remove the belly and wash, put a cross knife on both sides (easy to cook, tasty), put the onion and ginger into the fish belly, pour in the cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.
