Steamed Hor Fun with Pork Ribs

Wash and chop fresh ribs, add a spoonful of salt

Two spoons of oyster sauce

A spoonful of peanut oil

Half a spoon of sugar

Minced ginger and garlic

Mix all the seasonings and stir evenly, if you feel that the soup is too little, add some warm water

Steam in a pot on cold water for about half an hour (electric pressure cooker).

Wash the steamer and place cabbage leaves on the bottom (lotus leaves are best)

Take appropriate amount of pho and put it in the steamer

Pour in the steamed pork ribs soup, and put in a few spare ribs by the way

Cold water pot, boil the water and steam for 7 minutes (normal steamer)

When steaming the pho, take another pot and put a little bit of oil and salt into the water

Boil the water, put the vegetables in and boil them

Pick up the boiled vegetables and drain the water and put them in the remaining ribs soup. Stir evenly to coat the cabbage with the soup.

Finally, put the cabbage on the rice noodles just out of the pot, add an egg and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
