Steamed Horsehead Fish with Black Bean Sauce

Remove the scales and belly of the three horsehead fish.

Finely chop the tempeh and ginger, add light soy sauce, make the dark soy sauce, pour it on the fish, and drizzle with peanut oil.

Add water to a boil and steam the fish in the pot for 6 minutes.
4.
Just sprinkle chopped green onion before serving.
