Steamed Lamb Chops with Bamboo Fence

1. Prepare the materials

2. Green onion and ginger knife

3. Marinated lamb chops with rice wine

4. Add rice, grass fruit, star anise, and pepper to the pot to make golden brown

5. The fried rice is smashed and set aside

6. Lamb chops are marinated for 20 minutes with Tonggu Yipin fresh soy sauce, chili sauce, fermented rice, soy tofu, peanut butter, and sugar
