Steamed Lap Mei

Cured fish and spicy chicken drumsticks are soaked in warm water until tender.

Cut the cured chicken legs into strips, shred the green onion and ginger, and cut the cured fish into pieces.

Put a layer of sausage on the bottom of ginger silk.

Arrange all the lavender.
5.
Spread the chopped pepper and pour a layer of chopped pepper sauce.

Steam for 40 minutes to an hour.
Tips:
After soaking the lavender, it is better to steam it out.
Lap-mei is relatively salty, so there is no need to put other ingredients.
