Steamed Lettuce Leaves

Prepare the ingredients and wash the lettuce leaves

The garlic is chopped into minced garlic, and the sausage is shredded

Cut lettuce leaves into small sections, pour in flour and mix well so that each leaf can be covered with flour

Add water to the steamer, spread a damp cloth, and cover with lettuce leaves. After steaming, steam for about 10 minutes. Lettuce leaves are ripe but not in a bad state. Take it out and mix it aside

Add a little vegetable oil to the pot, add the minced garlic and sausage and fry until fragrant, turn off the heat

1 Don't steam the lettuce leaves for too long, they will not taste good if they are too rotten
2 Don't mix too much flour, just grab it with your hands and don't stick together
