Chop shiitake mushrooms, lotus root, and ginger into fines.

Add starch, shiitake mushrooms, lotus root and ginger, and stir clockwise.

Tips:
1. You can remove the bottom rapeseed before serving, it will look better! 2. If there is no broth, you can make it with water and salt. I didn't add the broth, there will be a small amount of broth after steaming.
