Lion's head generally has three cooking methods: stewed, steamed, and braised. If you want to eat lighter, it is recommended to steam it, which can keep the original deliciousness of the ingredients and try not to destroy its nutritional content! "

Steamed Lion Head

1. Chop shiitake mushrooms, lotus root, and ginger into fines.

2. Peel the pork belly and chop into the bottom, add salt, chicken essence, sugar, cooking wine, and egg white, and mix well in a clockwise direction.

3. Add starch, shiitake mushrooms, lotus root and ginger, and stir clockwise.

4. Put 4 slices of rape on the bottom of the pot.

5. The prepared minced meat is made into meatballs.

6. Put it on the rapeseed in the pot (you can add a little broth).

7. Steam for 40 minutes in water, then put the rape core in, steam for 5 minutes, sprinkle a little white pepper in the soup.

Tips:

1. You can remove the bottom rapeseed before serving, it will look better! 2. If there is no broth, you can make it with water and salt. I didn't add the broth, there will be a small amount of broth after steaming.
