Steamed Lobster with Garlic

Wash the lobster clean

Use scissors to cut off the lobster size tongs, then remove the head and gills, cut the shrimp tail from the middle of the back to remove the shrimp thread, cut into small pieces for later use, generally cut into 8-10 small pieces

Take an appropriate amount of garlic seeds, mince and set aside

Preheat the pan and put in a suitable amount of oil, pour the chopped garlic into the low heat and stir fry until golden brown, add a little chicken essence and salt to taste

Soak the vermicelli in 40 degrees of warm water in advance, usually for 15-30 minutes

First take a plate suitable for the steamer, put the vermicelli on the bottom, and place the lobster on it, sprinkle an appropriate amount of 15ml of rice wine, and top with the boiled garlic
