Steamed Lobster with Garlic Vermicelli
1.
Bought Boston Lobster, washed
2.
Remove the lobster head first, pull off the gills and other unnecessary things, and then cut the body, crush the lobster feet, add cooking wine, ginger juice, and pepper to marinate for a while
3.
The fans are soaked in advance, and my daughter likes to eat so much, so I put more portions
4.
Peel off half a garlic, cut the garlic seeds into minced garlic, sauté with hot oil and set aside
5.
Take a large plate, put the vermicelli underneath, and put the lobster on the vermicelli
6.
Put the sauteed garlic evenly on the lobster meat
7.
Add appropriate amount of water and steaming rack to the automatic pot, activate the switch button, and manually turn the black knob on the left to the maximum firepower
8.
After boiling, put the lobster on the steaming rack and close the lid. Set the time for 8-10 minutes. My lobster is set for 8 minutes.
9.
Time is up, the lobster has been steamed
10.
After taking it out, top with light soy sauce and sprinkle with chives
11.
Heat an appropriate amount of salad oil in a small pot, pour the hot oil on the chives and sauté
Tips:
1. The big lobster can be cut into small pieces, my lobster is too small, I didn’t cut it
2. When sauteing garlic, the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will burn easily
3. The specific steaming time depends on the size of the lobster.
