Steamed Long Lee Fish

Longli fish is naturally defrosted and dried with kitchen paper

Sprinkle a little black pepper and a little salt on both sides

Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, sprinkle some shredded ginger and marinate for 15 minutes

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam for 6 minutes

Take it out and pour out the soup

Pour olive oil into the pot to heat

Pour on the fish

Sprinkle with steamed fish soy sauce and chopped chives
Tips:
Longli fish is tender and easy to cook, so it can be steamed for 6 minutes after boiling. I used Longli fish fillet. If it is a whole fish, it can be steamed for 8 minutes. Sprinkle some lemon juice and black pepper to improve the flavor. Fresh fish may not be used.
