Prepare the required ingredients

Remove the internal organs of the longli fish, cut a few knives on the fish, smear the surface with salt, set aside and marinate for 15 minutes

Cut the dried radish into fine pieces as much as possible, and chop the ginger, white onion and garlic cloves into finely divided pieces
