Steamed Loofah with Abalone Sauce and Garlic

Flatten the garlic and chop for later use

Wash the loofah and peel off some of the skin on the surface, then cut into sections and place in a dish

Dig out the middle part of the loofah in the dish

Add a little abalone juice to each loofah
5.
Then add garlic
6.
Add oyster sauce around the loofah
7.
Finally put it in the pot and steam for ten minutes
Tips:
1. If you don't like to eat loofah skin, you can peel off all the loofah skin
2. Add oyster sauce around the loofah so that the bottom layer can absorb some flavor when the loofah is steamed.
