Steamed Loofah with Chopped Pepper and Vermicelli

Soak the Longkou vermicelli in warm water, remove and drain, add a little soy sauce and sesame oil to mix well.

Flatten in the plate.

Peel the loofah, and it's better to peel it clean.

Cut it into thick slices diagonally with a knife. If you cut too thin slices, it will be easy to steam.

Spread them all on top of the fans, as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle chopped chili sauce on the loofah, be sure to chop chili sauce.

Boil water in the pot and steam for ten minutes on the steamer rack. Finally, pour some sesame oil or heated vegetable oil.
