Steamed Mandarin Fish with Rice Cake

Clean the mandarin fish, drain the water, and draw diagonal flower knives on both sides.

Put ginger slices, green onions, and shredded ginger on the steamed fish dish.

Put some green onion and ginger in the belly and mouth of the mandarin fish and put it on a plate.

Cut the rice cake into small pieces and place them on both sides of the fish.

Pour the cooking wine evenly on the fish.

Top with steamed fish soy sauce.

Sprinkle a little salt and marinate for five minutes before steaming in a steamer.
