Steamed Mantis Shrimp

Ingredients: mantis shrimp (washed), minced ginger

Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce to the ground ginger.

Add 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Mix thoroughly into a dipping sauce and set aside.

Then, put the cleaned mantis shrimp into the steamer
7.
Then, cover and steam for 10 minutes.
8.
Finally, open the lid and take it out.
