Fried Mantis Shrimp with Clams

Ingredients: clams (washed after spitting out the sand), mantis shrimp (washed and cut into sections), ginger slices, green onions

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, and place the sliced ginger in the pot.

Then, add the mantis shrimp and stir fry.

Then, add the clams, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir fry until the clams open and the mantis shrimps are cooked.

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Season and stir well.

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
