Curry Mantis Shrimp and Cauliflower

Ingredients: mantis shrimp (washed and cut into sections), cauliflower (washed), ginger slices, chives, curry cubes

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, and add the ginger slices to the pot.

Then, add the mantis shrimp and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Stir fry.
