Mantis Shrimp Night Blossom Soup

1. Ingredients: night blossom (peeled, washed and cut), mantis shrimp (cleaned and cut into sections)

2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, and stir-fry until the flower blooms at night.

3. Next, combine the mantis shrimps and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

4. Add some water and boil until cooked.

5. Then, add 1 tablespoon of salt.
