Steamed Meat Rolls

Ingredients: bean curd, chicken
Accessories: olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger, chives, eggs, starch, fresh broth, olive oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce

Wash the green onion and ginger, cut into sections, and cut the chicken into pieces

Add the scallion, ginger and chicken to a meat grinder to make a puree

Tips:
If the chicken is too thin, you can add a little pork fat and grind it into a mash. Be sure to roll it tightly.
