Steamed Meatballs with Lotus Root

Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat, put it in a large bowl, add cooking wine and pepper to beat.

Peel and wash the lotus root, cut a few pieces, soak in cold water to prevent it from turning black, and chop the remaining lotus root into fine pieces.

Add the chopped lotus root and mix well.
