Steamed Middle Wings with Black Fungus

Ingredients: medium wings (cleaned).

Black fungus (soaked and cleaned).

Shredded ginger, chives.

Place the cleaned middle fin on the chopping board and chop into small pieces.

Put it on the plate, put ginger shreds, add some cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt.

Season to mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Then, join the black fungus.

Then, put it in a steamer, cover with a lid, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
