Steamed Minced Pork Stuffed with Tofu

Take out the egg tofu and cut into small pieces;

Use a small spoon to hollow out the middle part;

Add salt, cooking wine, ginger juice, and olive oil to the pork filling, stir evenly, prepare it in advance, and fill it into the hollowed out tofu;

Put a small piece of salted egg yolk on top;

After the steaming oven is preheated, put the tofu into the oven, and the pure steaming function will time for 10 minutes;

The rapeseed is blanched and placed next to the tofu;

Take another pot, simmer the broth and starch into gorgon juice, pour it on tofu and serve.

Tips:
1. Since both the salted egg yolk and the broth have salt, do not add more salt to the meat;
2. When making broth and starch, you can add some edible oil appropriately. In summer, I like the taste to be lighter, so I didn't add it.
