Tofu and minced meat are a perfect match. The classic method is generally to cook tofu with minced meat. The tofu absorbs the sweetness of the meat and is tender and delicious. A fancy way of eating with the same ingredients makes it different, especially for families with children.

Steamed Minced Pork Stuffed with Tofu

1. Take out the egg tofu and cut into small pieces;

2. Use a small spoon to hollow out the middle part;

3. Add salt, cooking wine, ginger juice, and olive oil to the pork filling, stir evenly, prepare it in advance, and fill it into the hollowed out tofu;

4. Put a small piece of salted egg yolk on top;

5. After the steaming oven is preheated, put the tofu into the oven, and the pure steaming function will time for 10 minutes;

6. The rapeseed is blanched and placed next to the tofu;

7. Take another pot, simmer the broth and starch into gorgon juice, pour it on tofu and serve.

8.

Tips:

1. Since both the salted egg yolk and the broth have salt, do not add more salt to the meat;
2. When making broth and starch, you can add some edible oil appropriately. In summer, I like the taste to be lighter, so I didn't add it.
