This dish is not difficult to cook at all. If you can’t eat it for a while after it’s done, you can simmer it on a small fire in the pot so that it will be warm whenever you eat it.

Steamed Minced Pork with Tofu

1. Cut the pork into minced meat with a knife, add soy sauce and starch and stir well, then add a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and marinate.

2. Peel and chop carrots, wash and chop green onions, peel and chop garlic for later use.

3. The box of tofu is upside down. Gently remove the box of tofu and cut it into a thickness of about 1 cm.

4. Put the cut tofu into a bowl.

5. Pour the marinated minced meat into the pot, stir fry quickly, and stir-fry the minced meat.

6. Stir-fry the minced meat until the color changes slightly, add carrots and stir-fry for a while, and finally add a little chopped green onion and stir well.

7. Put the fried carrots and minced meat evenly in a bowl with tofu, and steam for 6 minutes in a steamer.
