Steamed Northern Mantou

Yeast powder, white sugar, pour some warm water and stir in the flour, knead it, cover it with a cloth, and wake up the noodles

Meat with green onion and ginger, minced. You can add vermicelli, cabbage and radish. Depends on personal preference

Roll the noodles into long strips, cut into small pieces, roll the noodles into a circle, and then put them in the filling. You rolls are the southern flower rolls. Chop the green onion, add salt and sesame oil, mix well, spread it in the dough, knead it and cut it well.

Put the steamed buns in a slightly warm place and cover with a cloth to wake up the noodles

Steam for 25 minutes. The noodles steamed in the steamer are all yellow
