Steamed Octopus with Tempeh

Remove the internal organs of the hairtail, wash, and cut into sections for later use;

Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, consuming oil, garlic slices, ginger shreds, and tempeh in turn and mix
3.
Mix well and marinate for 15min to taste;

Place the hairtail on the plate;
5.
Put it into the machine and steam for 15 minutes;
6.
After steaming, sprinkle with shallots;
