Steamed Original Lobster

1. Prepare materials.

2. Chop a knife on the underside of the lobster, let it pee for a while, and clean it.

3. Put it in a pot and steam it.

4. After steaming, rinse with cold water, ventilate and blow dry, put it in the refrigerator, and freeze for a few hours at about 18 degrees.

5. Cut into pieces and serve with soy sauce seasoning to complete the finished product.
