Steamed Original Lobster

Prepare materials.

Chop a knife on the underside of the lobster, let it pee for a while, and clean it.

Put it in a pot and steam it.

After steaming, rinse with cold water, ventilate and blow dry, put it in the refrigerator, and freeze for a few hours at about 18 degrees.
