Steamed Pomfret is a very simple quick dish, delicious, and the fish is tender and not fishy.

Ingredients

Steamed Pomfret

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Clean the small pomfret, remove the internal organs, gills and the black membrane of the abdomen, and use a knife on both sides. Add salt, cooking wine and shredded ginger, spread evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and green onion and ginger, stir fry for a nice flavor.
Add 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, a small half bowl of water, and 1 teaspoon of white sugar, and boil it into a sauce for later use.

4. Spread the ginger slices on the bottom of the plate.

5. Put the pomfret on the plate. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the pomfret and steam for 7 minutes.

Tips:

1. Do not steam the fish for too long, adjust it according to the size of the fish.
