Steamed Pomfret

The pomfret is cleaned after removing the gills and black mask in the abdomen

Put a layer of ginger and green onions on the bottom of the plate and a little cooking wine

Put the pomfret on the plate, sprinkle a little pepper on both sides, and then put ginger on both sides

Put the fish in the steamer and boil the water and steam it for about 15 minutes (the steaming time depends on the size of the fish)

After the fish is steamed, drizzle with soy sauce

Place the green onions and pour the hot oil on the green onions. Be sure to hear the sound of "Zi La" and eat it while it is hot
Tips:
1 Marinate the processed fish with salt and cooking wine for about 10-15 minutes but not too long or it will not be fresh
2 If it is steamed for too long, the meat is easy to age
