Steamed Pomfret

Remove the internal organs, fish gills, wash and dry with kitchen paper and set aside

With a flower knife, spread the right amount of salt on both sides

Stuff the ginger slices into the fish maw and serve on the plate

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, millet pepper, 2 shallots to tie a knot, and add a few pieces of ginger

Steam on the steamer for ten minutes
