Steamed Pomfret with Chopped Pepper and Mustard

All materials are ready. Pomfret, green onions, ginger, pepper, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, chopped peppers and mustard.

The viscera and gills of the pomfret are removed, and salt is applied to the fish and the belly of the fish is also applied. Then apply another layer of cooking wine inside and out. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. The black film in the belly of the fish must be removed cleanly;
2. The steaming time does not need to be too long. Generally, one catty of fish can be boiled on a high fire and steamed on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
