Steamed Pork

Wash the pumpkin, peeled, sliced or cut into pieces, spread on the bottom of the plate, you can sprinkle some sugar if you like sweet

Cut pork belly with skin to the thickness you like, add ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, marinate for 10 minutes

Pour in steamed pork rice noodles and mix well

Add enough water to the pot and steam for 40 minutes on the steamer

Sprinkle chopped green onion when you start the pot
