Steamed Pork

Prepare the ingredients (potatoes, pork belly, fermented pork steamed with fermented bean curd), wash the meat and cut into slices. I threw away the skin. The skin is full of hairs, so I’m too lazy to pluck it.

Pour some fermented bean curd sauce and steamed meat powder in a small bowl (I poured it casually, don’t know the amount)

Then put the meat in and stir evenly, add water (this feels like), add some light soy sauce, add ginger, and marinate for 1.5 hours

After an hour and a half, peel the potato, wash it, and cut it into pieces

Put the cut potatoes into the marinated meat bowl and mix well (stir more)

Put water in the pressure cooker

Put the stirred meat and potatoes over the water

Close the lid of the pressure cooker, first high heat then low heat, 25 minutes after SAIC, turn off the heat when finished, and simmer for a few minutes

It's done, it's delicious!
