Steamed Pork

Cut the pork belly into pieces, no more than one centimeter thick, wash and prepare the steamed pork powder

Add chopped ginger and garlic to the meat, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, stir well, let stand for 5-10 minutes

Add steamed meat powder and stir evenly and let it stand for about 10 minutes. If it is too dry, add some water (if it is a pig raised at home, it will produce oil by itself without adding water)

Put it in a steamer, turn to medium heat, and steam for more than 40 minutes, then add some green onions and simmer for two minutes to get out of the pot

I bought the five-spice steamed pork noodles and mixed it with some Laoganma sauce. Friends who like a little spicy can also add some pickles
