Steamed Pork Belly with Black Beans

Buy the pork belly and clean it a little, sprinkle half a bowl of flour on the surface and inside of the pork belly repeatedly, let the flour remove all the dirt attached to the surface of the pork belly, clean it again, put it in a pot, blanch and boil it. Take out the boiled pork belly, scrape the surface clean with a knife, and remove all the fat. Repeatedly rinse, so that the pork belly is cleaned.

Wash the black beans and soak them in water for more than half an hour.

Stuff the soaked black beans into the pork belly. The black beans will become more soaked after being simmered, so don’t stuff them too much.
