Steamed Pork Knuckles with Perilla
1.
One pig hand. Clean and chop into small pieces (try to chop smaller pieces)
2.
Blanch water, rinse well and set aside
3.
Prepare shredded ginger, garlic seeds, shallots, and scallion leaves and cut into thin strips (you can try to have as many perilla leaves as possible, not much steamed)
4.
Add all the ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, rice wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, shake well and marinate for about 30 minutes
5.
Boil water in the pot, put it in the pot and steam for about 40 to 50 minutes after the water is boiled
Tips:
1. Try to chop the pork into smaller pieces, and marinate for about half an hour and then steam it will be more delicious;
2. You can put more perilla leaves, and they will be equally delicious after steaming.
