Steamed Pork Knuckles with Perilla

One pig hand. Clean up and chop into small pieces (try to chop smaller pieces).

Blanch water, rinse well and set aside.

Prepare shredded ginger, garlic seeds, shallots, and sesame leaves and cut them into thin strips.

Add all the ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt, oil, rice wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, oyster sauce, shake well and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. After the water is boiled, put it in the pot and steam for about 40-50 minutes.

Tips:
1. Try to chop the pork into smaller pieces, and marinate for about half an hour before steaming it will be more delicious.
2. You can put more perilla leaves, and they will be equally delicious after steaming.
