Steamed Pork Ribs

Prepare the required materials

Chop ribs into small pieces and soak in clean water to remove blood and rinse

Add sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger, garlic, white pepper, oyster sauce, cooking wine and mix well. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes

Stir in steamed pork rice noodles

Add a little water or stock, mix well and set aside

Put the ribs into the plate

Steam in the steamer for about 20 minutes
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
When mixing rice noodles, add appropriate amount of water or stock while mixing, so that it will not dry out after steaming. The ribs are as good as pork belly.
Steamed pork rice noodles are sold in supermarkets. If you like spicy food, add some chili powder or chili sauce when marinating the meat. My daughter doesn't eat spicy food, so I didn't put it.
