The ribs are mixed with seasoning and marinated for a delicious taste, then wrapped in a layer of rice noodles, and steamed in a steamer. It tastes not greasy and does not get hot. It is very suitable for the elderly and children.

Steamed Pork Ribs

1. Wash the ribs and set aside

2. Pour the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil, and cooking wine into the ribs in turn, and stir evenly

3. Add some ginger and garlic slices and marinate for 3 hours

4. Coat the ribs with steamed rice noodles; (the rice noodles are prepared in advance, need to be fried and then beaten into powder with a food processor)

5. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil, then put the ribs in the steamer and steam for about half an hour.

6. After the steaming is done, you can sprinkle a little chili ring and chopped green onion
