Steamed Pork Ribs

Prepare spare ribs, radish and steamed meat powder

Wash the ribs, add chili sauce, five-spice powder, ginger, cooking wine and steamed meat powder

Mix well and marinate

Wash the radish, cut into pieces and put it on the plate

Top with ribs

Add water to the steamer and put it in the steaming rack

Put on the plate

Steam for 45 minutes
9.
Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. The steamed meat powder can be homemade, fried with rice, add chili and Chinese pepper and smash it with a cooking machine.
2. The steamed meat powder bought outside is relatively light, so add some seasonings according to your preference.
3. You can pad sweet potatoes, taro, potatoes or pumpkins underneath.
