Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the ribs and drain the water
2.
Add cooking wine, green onions and ginger to marinate
3.
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white sugar, use your clean hands, and marinate for half an hour
4.
Next is the fried rice. This is for making noodles. Of course, there are ready-made noodles that can be bought directly. Just fry the rice into golden color, and then roll the fried rice into powder with a rolling pin.
5.
Add a little pepper to the powder to increase the flavor
6.
Pour the tuned powder into the marinated ribs
7.
Use chopsticks to turn over each rib to ensure that each rib is covered with rice noodles
8.
Steam on the pot, about 30-40 minutes
Tips:
Wash the ribs and drain the water, or use absorbent paper to absorb the marinating time. If you don’t want to make your own rice noodles, you can buy ready-made rice noodles directly in the supermarket. Make sure that each rib is covered with rice noodles.
