Steamed Pork Ribs

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Peel and cut potatoes, soak in cold water for 5 minutes.

Put the ribs in a small basin, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of white sugar and mix well, then add the fermented bean curd juice in the seasoning bag, and 1/2 packet of rice noodles.

Add the ginger slices and stir well, add the green onion knots.

Drain the potatoes, add the remaining 1/2 package of rice noodles, add a little salt, and mix well with oil. (Because the ribs have very little fat)

Combine the chopped ribs on top, and drizzle 1 teaspoon of water.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 40 minutes.
8.
The soft and delicious ribs are edible.
