Steamed Pork Ribs with Bean Drum

Cut the pork chops into sections and soak them in bleeding water

Then put it in the pot and blanch it

Drain

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and Orleans powder and marinate for more than half an hour

Then rinse and put it in a bowl and spread it out

Then add ginger shreds

Add some tempeh on top
