Tempeh is rich in urokinase (which can dissolve blood clots), and also contains beneficial bacteria that can produce a large amount of vitamin B and certain antibiotics, so it is particularly beneficial to the health of the elderly. What's more worth mentioning is that tempeh can prevent cerebral thrombosis, and cerebral thrombosis can cause Alzheimer's disease, so eating tempeh can also indirectly reduce the incidence of Alzheimer's disease.
I bought ten packs of tempeh in a certain treasure, haha, luckily the shelf life is longer, so I eat slowly
